  1. Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7–14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All packaging, tags, and accessories are intact
  • Proof of purchase is provided

For hygiene and quality reasons, used or damaged items cannot be accepted.

  1. Exchanges

You may exchange an item for a different color or model (based on availability). Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

  1. Returns & Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item was damaged or incorrect)
  1. Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you received a faulty or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and our team will replace it at no cost.

  1. Non-Returnable Items
  • Items not in original condition
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Final-sale or clearance items
